Last report of grades from Nursery school and Pre-kindergarten, or the last three report of grades from the previous school (the file should be sent once the admission process has started).
Confidential recommendation form, processed by the nursery school or the previous school (the file should be sent once the admission process has started).
Medical records of specialists the student has been referred to (if applies): Occupational therapy, Speech therapy, Psychology, others.
Work certifications of parents
Self-employed parents: Income Tax return document and RUT
For foreign parents: Parents visas, and student(s)visas if available.
