Strategic Partnerships with Preschools
We are fortunate to have eight great partner institutions that align with CIEDI in the comprehensive development of early childhood. Our eight partner preschools prioritize the well-being of children in all dimensions, committed to innovative education, where emotional, physical, and cognitive development in early childhood is fundamental.
In these institutions, we have found an echo of our distinctive elements as an institution, such as Nature’s Classroom, I-STEM projects, and emotional management training through positive education.
This collaboration helps create a coherent and continuous structure around our children, ensuring aligned educational contexts and a smooth transition from preschool to elementary school when children are ready to take this step.
We look forward to continuing to work together in pedagogical innovation for the holistic well-being of early childhood.
Strategic Partnerships with Universities
As part of the I-STEM project, CIEDI has established strong partnerships with universities recognized for their excellence in these innovative areas. Through these relationships, we not only enrich our students’ learning process but also aim to open doors to significant academic and professional opportunities. Through these partnerships, our students are mentored by experts, use state-of-the-art laboratories, and access advanced educational resources that complement their school education.
La Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito and the Universidad del Rosario share our passion for fostering STEM talent from an early age and are committed as institutions to innovative research and the practical application of knowledge to solve real-world challenges.
Strategic Partnerships with Companies
As part of our E5 Challenge Energy Race, held in March 2024, we were fortunate to have the support of major companies in the automotive, transportation, mobility, and, of course, STEM sectors.
It was an honor to have the participation of Mazda Colombia, a leading company in automotive sector innovation, which guided us in creating the competition parameters for the race. We were also joined by SITT y Cia, experts in research and innovation in traffic, transportation, and mobility across various cities in Colombia. Additionally, Servitrans, leaders in supporting and advising on traffic procedures, was also part of the event. Finally, STEM-Academia, which has been driving STEM education in Colombia for over two decades through the design of educational materials, also participated.
Associations
As part of our I-STEM project, we have received support from two leading associations in STEM research and pedagogy implementation, which transcend institutional projects and seek to create educational ecosystems that truly transform the way new generations build their thinking. CONASTEM has emerged as one of the main promoters of educational innovation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, building a strong network of academics dedicated to transforming education. Meanwhile, STEM ORG stands out for ensuring the rigor of STEM training and program implementation, evaluating institutions and guaranteeing, through its certifications, that programs meet STEM education standards.
